Project purposes: The main the goal of the project is to improve existing, or learning of new, skills by students and academic / research personnel in the areas of transfer of knowledge and innovative technologies. These students are the prospective future workers of research / academic institutions and technologically advanced industrial companies. This involves in particular improvement of skills of young engineering staff in market aspects of system engineering, including ability to develop and commercialize their products of their own business pursuits. This area will cover delivery of workshops showing ways of overcoming barriers to implementation processes with respect to in-house and external (transferred) technological solutions with huge innovative potential.
