The ‘SAFETRIP’ Project
Application of satellite technologies for assisting assurance of traffic safety and prevention of road incidents – Satellite Applications For Emergency handling, Traffic alerts, Road safety and Incident Prevention (SAFETRIP).
The ‘SAFETRIP’ project developed a telemetry device intended to improve road traffic safety. The devices integrate satellite navigation, road maps and a data transmission system distributed among users.
