Project purposes: The project was a training undertaking. The goal of the project was to improve competitiveness of big, medium-sized and small companies operating in the whole Polish electronic industry by providing their managements and key employees with adequate knowledge and skills in the following areas:     HR management, procurement of funds for investments, electronic product markets, logistics, procurement of new technologies, quality, standards and requirements, environmental protection, etc.
