INTARG trade fair with Łukasiewicz - PIAP
The International Fair of Inventions and Innovations INTARG begins on Wednesday, where Łukasiewicz – PIAP will present new solutions for special services, the army and the fire service.
The INTARG fair will be held at the International Congress Centre in Katowice, on 24 and 25 May 2023. The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements (PIAP) could not miss this event with a wide interdisciplinary, national and international reach. We will present the following, among others:
- tactical throwable robot supporting anti-terrorist operations,
- devices for remote sampling of the ground (e.g. contaminated) and chemicals from polluted water bodies.
The INTARG trade fair brings together leading science entities, innovative companies, start-ups and institutions supporting development and invention. The main honorary patronage of INTARG 2023 was granted by the Ministry of Development and Technology and the World Intellectual Property Organisation WIPO (one of 16 UN agencies).
The primary aim of the event is the promotion and commercialization of inventions and innovations, as well as technology transfer. INTARG creates a platform for cooperation between the worlds of science and industry, and also offers support in obtaining funds for development based on innovation and new technologies. New at this year’s fair will be the INTARG International B2B Matchmaking Event and INTARG EKO – green technologies in energy, industry, transport and everyday life. The agenda also includes a number of extra events including contests, discussion panels and a final gala with an awards ceremony.
